How the Custom Process Works

  • Choose your product type, vessel style, size, and fragrance

  • Work with us to create a custom scent blend (or select from existing fragrances)

  • Review samples (if desired)

  • Production begins once final selections are approved

Minimums & Fees

  • First order minimum: $250

  • Repeat order minimum: $200

  • Custom scent startup fee: $50 

    • Includes up to 3 custom scent blends for one product

    • Additional blends: $3 each

    • initial meeting / consultation for up to 2 hours ($25 for each additional hour)

Branding & Labels

Your products will arrive without branded labels, allowing you full flexibility to add your own branding. All vessels will include a required safety warning label on the bottom.

If you already have a label design, we may be able to print labels in select sizes or assist with a simple labeling solution. Labeling is handled on a case-by-case basis. While we don’t offer label design services, we’re always happy to walk through the best setup for your project.
