Mobile Perfume and Cologne Bar for Events

Bring an interactive fragrance experience to your wedding, party, corporate gathering, or special event with the LiveYoung Candle Co. Fragrance Bar.

Throughout your event, guests can walk up to the bar, explore a curated fragrance collection, select their favorite scent, and watch as our team pours and packages their perfume or cologne. Each participating guest leaves with a beautifully presented fragrance favor.

Unlike our guided perfume-making workshop, the Fragrance Bar is not a sit-down class. Guests do not create or blend their own formulas. It is a flexible, staffed experience that guests can enjoy individually while the rest of your event continues.

How the Fragrance Bar Works

1. Guests visit the Fragrance Bar at any time during the scheduled service.
2. They smell up to 12 available perfume and cologne fragrances.
3. Each guest selects one favorite fragrance.
4. Our team pours the fragrance into the guest’s selected bottle.
5. We apply a label and package the bottle in a gift bag.
6. The guest receives a fragrance information insert and takes their finished favor home.

The experience generally takes approximately 5–10 minutes per guest, allowing guests to participate throughout the event without interrupting the rest of the celebration.

We normally bring 12 fragrances. Hosts who prefer a smaller, more curated selection may request fewer options when planning their event.

• A fragrance information insert
• Pouring and packaging by our team during the event

Fragrance Bar Packages

Packages are offered in sets of 25 fragrance favors.

10 ml Packages

• 25 fragrance favors: $375
• 50 fragrance favors: $750
• 75 fragrance favors: $1,125
• 100 fragrance favors: $1,500

30 ml Packages

• 25 fragrance favors: $1,125
• 50 fragrance favors: $2,250
• 75 fragrance favors: $3,375

Choose the package that best fits the number of fragrance favors you would like to provide. For example, an event with 30 attendees may reserve either the 25-favor package or the 50-favor package, depending on whether the host wants every guest to receive one.

Custom Label Upgrade

Our standard LiveYoung Candle Co. fragrance label is included with every bottle.

For an additional $0.25 per bottle, you may select one of four customizable stock label designs. Custom labels are available in clear or white and can be personalized for your event.

Customization options and wording will be confirmed during the planning process. This upgrade applies to every bottle included in the selected package.

What Is Included

Every Fragrance Bar booking includes:

• Up to 12 fragrances for guests to explore
• Your selected number and style of bottles
• Standard LiveYoung Candle Co. fragrance labels
• Individual gift bags
• Fragrance information inserts
• A staffed Fragrance Bar for up to three hours
• Pouring, labeling, and packaging during the event
• Setup and breakdown of the Fragrance Bar

The three-hour service period does not include our setup or breakdown time.

Additional Service Time

Three hours of staffed Fragrance Bar service are included.

Additional time may be added for $100 per hour, subject to availability. Please request additional time before the event so it can be included in your agreement and invoice.

Unused Fragrance Favors

The package price is based on the number of fragrance favors reserved rather than the number of guests who ultimately participate.

If fewer guests participate than expected, the host may use the remaining quantity for additional favors or allow participating guests to receive extras. Unused quantities are not deducted or refunded.

Venue and Setup Requirements

The Fragrance Bar may be set up indoors or in a suitable covered outdoor area.

The venue must provide:

• Approximately six feet of clear space for the Fragrance Bar and guest access
• A level and protected setup area
• Safe access for unloading and loading
• Protection from rain, wind, excessive heat, and other inclement weather
• Approximately one hour of venue access before service begins
• Approximately 45 minutes of access after service ends for breakdown and loading

LiveYoung Candle Co. does not provide a tent or weather covering. Outdoor and partially outdoor setups are reviewed individually based on the venue, season, forecast, and available protection.

If weather or venue conditions would make the setup unsafe or could damage our products or equipment, an indoor or otherwise protected backup location may be required.

Pricing and Additional Fees

An 18% gratuity is added to all Fragrance Bar bookings.

Travel within 10 miles of our Frederick store is included. For locations more than 10 miles away, a travel fee of $1 per mile applies to each additional mile in both directions.

For example, if your venue is 25 miles from our store, the first 10 miles each way are included. The remaining 15 miles each way result in a $30 round-trip travel fee. Your exact travel fee will be calculated using the event address and included in your quote before booking.

Package Selection and Final Count

A package must be selected when booking so we can prepare an accurate invoice and calculate the required deposit.

The package selected when the event is reserved cannot be reduced after booking. If you would like to increase the number of favors, you may move to a larger package, subject to availability, until 24 hours before the event.

Any approved package changes must be finalized before the remaining balance is paid.

Payment and Date Reservation

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total invoice is required to reserve your event date and time.

After your event details are approved, we will send an invoice for the deposit. Your requested date is not reserved while the invoice remains unpaid. Because another event may inquire about the same date, we recommend paying promptly.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. Your booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All payments, including the 50% deposit, are nonrefundable.

If you need to reschedule and notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, the amount paid may be transferred to a new available date and time. It will not be returned as a refund.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible to be transferred. The deposit and any other payments already made will be forfeited.

If the event is canceled rather than rescheduled, all payments remain nonrefundable.
