Workshop Calendar & Booking

Ready to make something with us? Use the calendar below to see our currently scheduled candle-making, perfume and cologne-making, and goat’s milk soap-making workshops.

How to View Dates and Book

  1. Browse the calendar for an available date and time.
  2. Click the workshop you are interested in.
  3. Follow the booking link to view availability and purchase your tickets.

If a workshop does not appear on the calendar, it is not currently open for online booking. Dates, times, and availability may change, so the calendar will always provide the most current schedule.

Our Regular Workshop Schedule

Saturday Candle-Making Workshops

Candle-making workshops are regularly offered on Saturdays at 12:00 p.m.

We may open an additional 4:00 p.m. workshop when the noon workshop is full or nearly full. You may occasionally see other 4:00 p.m. dates available because of existing reservations, holidays, or expected seasonal demand.

Occasional Sunday candle-making workshops may also be added. Please use the calendar above to confirm currently available dates.

Friday Evening Workshops

We generally offer:

  • One perfume and cologne-making workshop per month
  • One goat’s milk soap-making workshop per month

These workshops are normally held on select Fridays at 6:00 p.m. Dates may vary, so please check the calendar before making plans.

Weekday Candle-Making Walk-Ins

You do not need to wait for a scheduled Saturday workshop to make a candle. Weekday candle-making walk-ins are currently available:

  • Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00–4:00 p.m.
  • Friday from 12:00–6:00 p.m.

Walk-ins are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available seating. If you are bringing a group, we strongly recommend calling ahead or purchasing at least one ticket in advance so we can prepare for you.

The retail store remains open during walk-in hours, and other guests may shop or participate in separately taught candle-making experiences.

Booking Without Eventbrite

Most scheduled workshop tickets are sold through Eventbrite. You may also purchase tickets directly through LiveYoung Candle Co.:

  • Call the store to purchase by phone.
  • Visit the store to purchase tickets in person.

Tickets purchased over the phone include a 3.6% manual credit-card processing fee. Tickets purchased in person do not include an additional ticketing fee.

Purchasing directly may cost less than booking through Eventbrite, but workshop availability is not guaranteed until payment has been completed.

Bringing a Group?

If everyone in your group wants to attend a scheduled workshop, one person may call or visit the store to purchase all of the tickets together. Guests may also purchase their own tickets individually, but we cannot hold unpaid seats or guarantee that space will remain available if the workshop begins to fill.

Please contact us before booking a large group—especially if guests will purchase their tickets separately—so we can plan the seating and arrange tables when necessary.

Groups of five or more paid participants may also request a weekday candle-making workshop. Fully private studio reservations are available with a minimum purchase of 20 workshop seats.

Before You Book

Please review the complete workshop page for the experience you are considering. Each page includes pricing, timing, age requirements, what you will make, food and drink policies, and other important information.

Ticket Policy

All workshop tickets are nonrefundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another available workshop date or time by notifying us before your original workshop begins. If we are not notified before the scheduled start time, the ticket is forfeited.

Workshop Purpose and Recording Policy

Our workshops are recreational DIY experiences created for guests to enjoy. They are not professional training courses and do not teach participants how to manufacture products at home or start a candle, soap, perfume, or related business.

We do not provide formulas, measurements, supplier or sourcing information, production instruction, or business guidance.

Personal photos and short videos for social media or personal memories are welcome. Recording workshop instruction or production processes for later reference, reproduction, training, or commercial use is not permitted.
