Fragrance Bar for Events
Our Fragrance Bar is an interactive walk-up experience available while the rest of your event continues.
Guests smell a curated fragrance selection, choose their favorite, and our team pours and packages their product. Options may include perfume, body oil, or lotion.
Because guests do not all need to participate at the same time, the Fragrance Bar is a great choice for weddings, corporate events, grand openings, large parties, festivals, and other flexible events.
Roxie Mini Print Vending Machine
Roxie is our traveling, vintage-inspired mini print vending machine. Guests can receive a mini print or sticker as a memorable keepsake from your event.
Choose from our available artwork or ask about custom designs featuring your event, venue, branding, pets, signature drinks, or other meaningful details. Roxie can be booked on her own or added to another LiveYoung experience.

How the Booking Process Works
- Review the options. Explore the experiences that interest you.
- Submit an inquiry. Tell us your preferred date, location, estimated guest count, and experience.
- We review the details. We’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your event and discuss the best setup.
- Receive your booking information. We’ll provide the applicable package details, travel charges, and steps required to reserve your event.
- Complete payment and any required agreement. Your event is confirmed once the required booking steps are completed.
Submitting an inquiry does not hold a date. Events are confirmed only after they have been approved and all required booking steps are completed.
Travel and Venue Requirements
Availability is based on your event date, location, travel distance, guest count, venue access, and setup requirements.
Some experiences require an indoor area, electricity, tables, seating, or a dedicated workspace. Full requirements will be included on each experience page. Travel charges may apply based on the distance from our Frederick store.
Workshop Purpose and Recording Policy
Our workshops are recreational, hands-on DIY experiences created for guests to enjoy together. They are not professional training courses and do not teach manufacturing for home use or how to start or operate a candle, soap, perfume, or related business.
We do not provide formulas, measurements, supplier or sourcing information, production guidance, or business instruction during our workshops.
Personal photos and short videos for memories or social media are welcome. Recording the instruction or process for reproduction, training, or commercial use is not permitted.
