Roxie Mini Print and Sticker Vending Machine Rental

Roxie is LiveYoung Candle Co.’s traveling, vintage-inspired mini print vending machine. She brings an unexpected touch of fun to weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, showers, grand openings, and other special events.

Guests use the provided quarters, turn the handle, and receive a personalized mini print or sticker created for your event. Roxie is entertainment, a conversation starter, and a guest favor all in one charming experience.

How Roxie Works

We work with you to create four personalized designs for your event.
You choose mini prints, mini stickers, or a combination of both.
We print and prepare the keepsakes, stock Roxie, and provide the quarters your guests will need.
Our team delivers Roxie, sets her up, tests the machine, and arranges the instructional sign, quarter jar, and collection bin.
Guests insert four provided quarters, turn the handle, and receive a surprise keepsake.
We return after the rental period to pack everything up and take Roxie home.

Roxie is completely mechanical and does not require electricity.

Mini Prints

Each guest receives a small collectible print featuring one of the personalized designs created for your event.

Mini prints are a wonderful option for venue illustrations, portraits, pets, meaningful objects, signature drinks, logos, event themes, or other details your guests will recognize.

Mini Stickers

Guests receive a mini sticker featuring one of your personalized event designs.

There is no additional charge for choosing stickers instead of prints.

Would you like to offer both mini prints and mini stickers? You may divide your package between the two keepsake styles for a flat $25 upgrade.

Personalized Artwork

Four personalized designs are included with every Roxie rental.

You can:

Tell us the subjects or ideas you would like represented
Provide photographs for us to use as references
Request designs inspired by your venue, pets, signature drinks, flowers, event theme, logo, or other meaningful details
Combine several different types of imagery within your four-design collection

We will adapt your ideas and reference images into artwork formatted for Roxie’s mini keepsakes. We adapt your ideas and reference images into artwork sized and formatted specifically for Roxie’s mini keepsakes. These designs are created for use with your event rental and are not sold as standalone commissioned artwork.

Two reasonable revision rounds are included. Additional designs beyond the four included designs are $25 each.

Design Timeline

All photographs, wording, logos, and design requests must be submitted at least three weeks before the event.

We will provide proofs for your review. Final approval must be received by the deadline provided so we have enough time to print, package, and prepare the keepsakes.

Late design requests or changes may not be possible. Availability for events booked less than three weeks in advance will be reviewed individually.

Rental Time and Additional Hours

Each package includes a four-hour rental.

Additional rental time may be added for $50 per hour, subject to availability. Additional time should be requested before the event so it can be included in your booking details and invoice.

Unattended Rental and Optional Attendant

Roxie’s standard rental is unattended. Our team delivers and sets up the complete experience, tests the machine before leaving, and returns after the event for pickup.

The host must designate a responsible event contact who can answer questions, help keep the quarter area organized, and contact us if assistance is needed.

An on-site attendant may be added for $50 per hour with a four-hour minimum. An 18% gratuity is added to the attendant service charge.

Gratuity is not added to an unattended Roxie rental.

Venue and Setup Requirements

Roxie must be placed:

On a small, level, stable surface
In an indoor or properly covered location
In an area protected from rain, wind, excessive heat, and other inclement weather
Where guests can approach and use the machine safely
Near enough space for a small accompanying table holding the sign, quarter jar, and collection bin
In an area accessible for delivery and pickup

Electricity is not required.

LiveYoung Candle Co. does not provide a tent or weather covering. Outdoor and partially outdoor placements are reviewed individually. A protected backup location may be required if weather conditions could damage Roxie, the artwork, or the rental materials.

Caring for Roxie During Your Event

Roxie may not be moved after setup without permission from LiveYoung Candle Co.

The host is responsible for providing a safe environment for the machine throughout the rental period. Children should be supervised while using Roxie.

A rental agreement is required. The booking party is responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, misuse, unauthorized movement, weather exposure, theft, or loss beyond normal wear.

If Roxie Needs Assistance

We test Roxie before leaving and provide simple instructions for guests. A designated event contact will also receive our contact information for troubleshooting during the rental period.

If an issue occurs, please stop using the affected section of the machine and contact us rather than attempting to repair or force the mechanism.

Remaining Keepsakes

Any keepsakes remaining at the end of the event belong to the host. We will gather and package them during pickup so you can distribute or enjoy them later.

Book Roxie with the Fragrance Bar

Create two memorable guest experiences by pairing Roxie with the LiveYoung Candle Co. Fragrance Bar.

When both experiences are booked for the same event, you will receive $100 off the combined base package subtotal.

The discount is applied before travel charges, optional services, and gratuity. The standard 18% gratuity still applies to the staffed Fragrance Bar portion and any optional Roxie attendant service.

Travel Fees

Travel within 10 miles of our Frederick store is included.

For locations more than 10 miles away, a travel fee of $1 per mile applies to each additional mile in both directions.

For example, if your venue is 25 miles from our store, the first 10 miles each way are included. The remaining 15 miles each way result in a $30 round-trip travel fee. Your exact travel fee will be calculated using the event address and included in your quote before booking.

Payment and Date Reservation

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total invoice is required to reserve your event date and time.

After your event details are approved, we will send an invoice for the deposit. Your requested date is not reserved while the invoice remains unpaid. Because another event may inquire about the same date, we recommend paying promptly.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. Your booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All payments, including the 50% deposit, are nonrefundable.

If you need to reschedule and notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, the amount paid may be transferred to a new available date and time. It will not be returned as a refund.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible to be transferred. The deposit and any other payments already made will be forfeited.

If the event is canceled rather than rescheduled, all payments remain nonrefundable.
