Before You Submit

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.
  • Event dates are confirmed only after availability has been approved and the required deposit has been received.
  • An estimated guest count or package size is needed before we can prepare accurate pricing.
  • Availability depends on the date, location, travel distance, venue, setup requirements, guest count, and selected experience.
  • Outdoor experiences require an appropriate covered and level area.
  • Travel charges may apply to locations more than 10 miles from our Frederick store.
  • We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and the busy fall and holiday seasons.

What Happens Next?

  1. You submit your event information.
  2. We review the date, location, guest count, venue, and requested experience.
  3. We contact you if we need clarification or additional information.
  4. We confirm whether we can accommodate your event and provide the applicable booking details.
  5. If you choose to proceed, we send your invoice and any required agreement.
  6. Your date is reserved once the required deposit has been received.
